DragonCog Interactive, established in December 2022, is a studio with a simple mission statement which is to offer opportunities to recent graduates aiming to break into the game development industry. Our founder, Cameron Keywood, faced similar challenges in securing a industry role after completing his master's degree which led to the studio's creation with the goal being a direct pathway from graduation into industry. This initiative is in the planning stage but in the meanwhile, to raise our profile and make our main mission more likely, we also craft games and advocate for accessibility.

The Central Cogs

01.

Dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and providing equal opportunities to individuals regardless of their race, skin color, religious beliefs, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, genetic makeup, disability, or age. Our mission is to create a work environment that embraces and celebrates the unique perspectives and backgrounds of all employees, where each person's contributions are valued and respected.

02.

Ensuring Accessibility

Committed to upholding rigorous accessibility standards, we firmly believe that video games should be enjoyed by everyone. We have integrated accessibility principles into the core of our company's values. Our focus will be on giving priority to features such as colorblind modes, customizable controls, adaptable difficulty settings, subtitles, and audio descriptions. Additionally, we will actively engage with accessibility advocates in our development process.

03.

Developing Talent

We believe in nurturing fresh talent and fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives. Graduates will also have the opportunity to pitch their unique game ideas, and selected concepts will be used as the basis for the initiative. By integrating these aspiring creatives into our studio culture, we aim to inject new perspectives and energy into our games and the industry.
